Research Summary
My Ph.D. study was in the field of computer-aided drug design
(CADD). In order to design HIV-1 entry inhibitors multiple
technologies were applied including ligand-protein docking/virtual
screening, de novo design, QSAR/pharmacophore modeling as
well as molecular dynamics simulations. I also analyzed protein
flexibility and rigidity with Graph Theory based approach.
I am working on designing ligands with anti-cancer activity
currently.
